gritfell.com is operated by FoxEra Company Limited, a company registered in Vietnam, trading as GritFell. Office: 4th Floor, 53-55 Hoang Van Thu, Hai Chau District, Da Nang 550000, Vietnam. Contact: support@gritfell.com.

2. Made to order

All products are made after you order. Production and delivery times are listed in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

3. Where we sell

Embroidered items ship to every U.S. address, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO. Printed items ship to the 48 contiguous states, Washington D.C., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship outside the United States.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Methods page. We do not store your full card details.

5. Your order

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item cannot be made or a payment is flagged. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Errors

If a price or product description is wrong, we tell you before production and you can cancel for a full refund.

7. Offers

Each offer shows its start date, end date and conditions on our FAQ page. Offers do not stack unless stated.

8. Cancellations and returns

Our Cancellation & Exchange policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to FoxEra Company Limited or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where FoxEra Company Limited is registered. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the U.S. state where you live.

12. Changes

We can update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders.
