GritFell makes embroidered hats and outdoor apparel for people who hunt, fish and spend their weekends outside. Every design starts with an animal, a place or a moment from a real day outdoors, and every item is made to order.

Our story

A lot of outdoor gear puts an animal on the front and says nothing about it. We think the animal is the point: a redfish tailing on the flats, a mallard over the decoys, a bird dog on point, a buck at first light. So each product page tells that story, and each item is described plainly: what it is, how it is made, where it ships from and when it will arrive.

Our team in Da Nang, Vietnam designs every product. There is no warehouse of pre-made stock: each order is made only after it is placed.

What we value

• The story comes first. A design should mean something to the person who wears it.
• Say what it is. We tell you the fabric, how each item is made and where it ships from. If we do not know a number, we do not print one.
• Say the real timeline. Production time and delivery time are listed separately on our Shipping & Delivery page, so you know when your order will arrive.
• Make it right. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we replace it or refund it. Embroidered items without personalization can also be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Who operates GritFell

GritFell is a brand of FoxEra Company Limited, a company registered in Vietnam. Our team, design studio and customer support are based in Da Nang, Vietnam. The company also maintains a business address in Hong Kong for international trade; no products are made or shipped from Hong Kong. We do not own a factory: production partners make each item after you order.

Our office is not a shop and does not accept walk-in orders or returns without contacting us first.

How your order is made and shipped

• Design: our team in Da Nang creates every design.
• Embroidered items (hats, sweatshirts, quarter-zips): stitched by machine at our partner embroidery workshop in Da Nang, Vietnam, in 1-2 business days, then shipped from Vietnam with a tracked international carrier and delivered in 3-5 business days (Express: 2-4 business days).
• Printed items: T-shirts are printed with DTF (direct-to-film) transfer on cotton; sun hoodies, polos, button-down shirts and swim trunks use all-over print fabric. They are made by our production partners in Vietnam or China, depending on the item, in 1-3 business days, then delivered in 8-14 business days (Fast shipping: 6-8 business days) by the carrier shown in your tracking email.
• Where we ship: embroidered items to every U.S. address, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO; printed items to the 48 contiguous states, Washington D.C., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (30-60 business days to those three).
• Duties and taxes: prices include U.S. import duties. We do not collect sales tax, and you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
• Payment: processed securely through Shopify checkout and PayPal, in US dollars. See Payment Methods.
