GritFell has two product lines, made by different partners. Each line follows its own cancellation terms:

• Embroidered items (hats, sweatshirts and quarter-zips): stitched to order at our partner embroidery workshop in Da Nang, Vietnam.
• Printed items (T-shirts, sun hoodies, polos, button-down shirts and swim trunks): printed to order by our production partners in Vietnam or China, depending on the item.

The product page tells you which line an item belongs to. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All times are estimates for normal conditions, not guarantees.

Embroidered items

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@gritfell.com with your order number and what you would like changed: size, color, personalization text or shipping address. After 24 hours your order enters production and embroidery begins, so it can no longer be cancelled or changed. A size or color change requested inside the 24-hour window may add 1-2 business days to production.

Wrong shipping address: email us within 24 hours and we update it before the order ships. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. If it is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we reship it for the cost of postage.

Exchanges: embroidered items without personalization can be exchanged for another size or color within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, under our Refund & Returns Policy. You cover return postage; we cover postage for the replacement. Personalized items are exchanged only if they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, reported within 30 days of delivery; we remake or refund at no cost.

Printed items

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it: cancel, or change sizes, colors or products. Email support@gritfell.com with your order number. After 24 hours your order moves into production and can no longer be cancelled or changed. If you entered an incorrect delivery address, email us within 48 hours of placing your order and we update it.

A modification can extend production time by 1-2 business days. Exchanges of printed items are made only for defective, damaged or wrong items (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Refund of a cancelled order

If we cancel an order or you cancel within the window above, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
